1:1 Personalised Wellness Session – Terms and Conditions
With Cath Davis, Master Herbalist / Herb Knowledge

These terms are designed to support a clear, respectful, and positive experience for both parties.

By purchasing a 1:1 Personalised Wellness Session, you agree to the following:

🧾 Session Access & Use

• Sessions are for personal use only and may not be recorded, shared, or redistributed without written permission.

• You must be 18+ to book, or have written parental/guardian consent if under 18.

You will choose between two service formats at checkout:

• Full Session: Includes an in-depth review of your wellness intake form, a scheduled 30-minute Zoom or phone consultation, and a personalised follow-up email with recommendations.

• Email-Only Session: Includes a full review of your wellness intake form and a personalised email with your wellness insights and suggestions — without a live consultation.

Both options are reviewed and delivered by Cath Davis personally and are intended to provide tailored, practical guidance.

🧠 Intellectual Property

• All materials provided (e.g. PDFs, plans, resource guides) remain the intellectual property of Cath Davis / Herb Knowledge.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.

💳 Payments & Refunds

• Payment is securely processed via Stripe or PayPal at the time of booking.

• To cancel, please email: hello@herbknowledge.store as soon as possible.

Refund Policy:

• A full refund will be issued if no form has been submitted and no personalised recommendations have been sent.

• If you cancel before receiving your email recommendations or before a scheduled call, you may:

  • Reschedule (for the Full Session)

  • Request a partial refund, as time may have already been spent reviewing your intake form.

• No refunds will be issued once the consultation (live or email-based) has been delivered.

• These sessions offer holistic lifestyle and wellness support for educational purposes only.

• They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

• No specific results are guaranteed, and we accept no liability for the outcomes of implemented suggestions.

❌ Session Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or terminate a session if behaviour is inappropriate or abusive

• Withhold service if these terms are violated, including unauthorised sharing of session content
